What's better than cake tasting on a Tuesday night? Absolutely nothing! Texas Wedding Guide held their 2nd Annual Platinum Cake Competition at the Pegasus Ballroom in Dallas and it was fabulous! The competitors included Opulent Cakes, Sugar Bee Sweets, Creme de la Creme, Sweet Memories Cakes & Catering, Elegant Cakery, Ramano's Bakery, The Cake Guys, Elena's Cakes and The Classic Gourmet. Words cannot express how wonderful each cake was. Such talent and creativity went into every design. Not only visibly beautiful, but delicious too. Brides from all around DFW came to taste, meet the vendors and vote for their favorite cake. With such wonderful artists, it was a tough competition. But, in the end, the winners were...
